Solyntra is a Dhaka-based software engineering and product delivery company. We build custom software, AI-enabled systems, and senior engineering capacity for global clients, with particular strength in trust-heavy, compliance-aware, and workflow-driven software.

Who we are

We are a Dhaka-based engineering team scaled to confirmed client demand. We are not a body shop, an agency, or a contractor marketplace. The people who scope your work are the people responsible for shipping it.

We are deliberately small and senior. We hire when client work is confirmed, not on a roadmap, which means when you sign with us there is real work waiting. When we are not hiring, we are not hiring.

How we build

Listen first.

Constraints, people, processes, and prior failures. Before we write code or scope a build, we want to understand what already broke.

Design for change.

Modular architecture. Tests, CI/CD, and observability from the first commit. PRDs and handover documentation as deliverables, not as a favour.

Ship in phases.

Fixed scope, fixed price per phase, defined go-live date. Change orders for change, not silent overruns.

Hand it over.

Software you can own, run, and extend. Or maintained by us under Ongoing Services, your call, not ours.

We operate from documented security, access-control, QA, and delivery policies informed by ISO 27001 principles. Solyntra is not currently ISO 27001 certified, and we do not claim to be. It is how we engineer, not what we sell.

Every engineer works from a managed device with no local administrator rights and role-based access only.

What we aren't

  • A marketing agency.
  • A brand or design studio.
  • A no-code shop.
  • A generic AI consultancy.

We don't take on

  • Crypto, gambling, adult, or surveillance work.
  • Foundation model training.

We don't pretend to a large bench. When we sign a pod, we tell you the recruitment lead time and stand behind it.

Where we work

Tier 1 markets (primary): United States, United Kingdom, Australia.

Tier 2 markets (active): New Zealand, Canada, Ireland, Singapore.

We take inbound from selected other markets. Where local regulatory or sector advice is required, we lead with engineering discipline and your local counsel leads with the law.
