It reports to a lead engineer on your side. Inside the pod, Solyntra retains tech leadership, internal QA, and delivery reporting.
The difference between this and Engineer Hire: we own delivery quality inside the pod, not you.

Your code never sits on an unmanaged laptop
Every Solyntra engineer's device is enrolled in our managed-endpoint policy before it touches your repository. No local administrator rights. Role-based access only, scoped to the engagement. Each laptop is registered, audited, and revocable from the moment it joins our network. If an engineer rolls off your pod, their access is closed the same day.
How we run our endpoints, in detailThe 2 to 4 week ramp is the security ceremony, not a wait
We do not hand laptops to engineers and tell them to start. When you sign a pod, the ramp covers hardware procurement for the specific engagement, secure provisioning through our managed-device policy, role-based repository access set up against your engagement, and the security handshake with your team.
For confirmed mid and senior engineers the ramp is typically 2 to 4 weeks. Specialist roles (AI, security, niche stacks) take 4 to 8 weeks.
If you need bodies on keyboards faster than that, we are not the right partner. The ramp is non-negotiable because the controls are non-negotiable.
